SOUTH SIDE SHIRT COMPANY’S RETURN POLICY

It is our company’s mission to spread joy with each and every item purchased, and you’ll find that same spirit in our return policy as well.  We want you to be happy with your experience at South Side Shirt Company. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it. We will exchange or refund any original condition merchandise within 30 days with a copy of your on-line receipt or packing slip. Just follow the simple steps below to complete your return.

    • Send us an email at info@southsideshirts.com to alert us of the return.
    • Pack item(s) in a secure carton and enclose the on-line receipt or packing slip that includes your order number.
    • Make a note on the receipt or packing slip stating whether you are returning the item for an exchange or refund. If exchanging, please note the item style and size you desire.  Please also indicate if the product is defective.
    • Send the item back to us using any traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Our return address is located on the packing slip.  Please remember to include the order number with your return and to complete your return within 30 days of receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. On-line purchases can only be exchanged or refunded as described above.


MAY I RETURN MERCHANDISE I PURCHASED AT A STORE THROUGH THE SOUTHSIDESHIRTS.COM WEB SITE? 

Unfortunately, merchandise purchased at a store may only be returned at a store. SouthSideShirts.com is unable to process a return for merchandise purchased at a store. Contact us for a location near you.
